Shoes for Orphan Souls

Rotary District 6040, made of 56 Rotary Clubs in the greater KC area is in the midst of its annual Shoe Drive to help put NEW shoes on the feet of those that need them most.  Please click the Donate button on bottom right side and help us purchase some new shoes.  Our deadline is Monday April 25th.

The Rotary District 6040 teams up with Buckner International http://www.shoesfororphansouls.com  annually (15th year) and almost 300,000 pair of new shoes to many countries.  Shoes like food and medicine have a great impact on the lives of children.  Please consider a donation to help us achieve our goal to put shoes on the feet that most need them.

The photographer usually never gets into the pictures; but, this small child found a friend in Valerie Popper Anderson today and wouldn’t let go of her hand. New shoes...new friends...it was a very good day.
